The project was located next to a hot water spring that had a Safavid bath built on it. The client had decided to build a resort on that site including some residential units, a VIP unit, a restaurant and some other recreational buildings. One thing site had more than enough of, was some red stone. Therefore, our client had the residential units and other buildings built with those stones but the problem started just as they reached to the top of the walls and had no idea how to cover the roof of VIP unit and restaurant. On the other hand, they wanted everything to be as cheap as possible.
Site is located close to an area which old railway sleepers are dumped in, so in order to have all the roofs covered with a really low price we bought those railway sleepers and our design was based on their characteristics.
